I have been working in the public sector for twenty years and counselling for the last 7 years.
Previously I have been a Youth Worker, a Teacher and Addiction Community Support Worker. Since 2019 I have been working as a counsellor with individuals, couples and conduct group counselling.
I have developed a trauma-informed practice using motivational interviewing, narrative and person centred therapy. I am also currently practicing EMDR, IFS and Narrative Therapy. I am learning Somatic Experiencing Therapy currently as well.
