You may be feeling emotionally exhausted, distant in your close relationships, or questioning your worth. Perhaps you’ve learned to be polite, compliant, and rarely express or suppress anger, often thinking, “I don’t want to bother anyone” or “nobody would get it.” Beneath this calm exterior, there may be deep-seated anxiety, guilt of taking too much space, self-doubt, or fear of abandonment. I work with clients who want to explore and see beyond the tunnel defined by others. Many struggle with OCD and ADHD-related challenges, self-worth, people-pleasing, and feeling “not enough,” shaped by mind and body memories. Raised under parental control, emotional neglect or shame. They yearn for intimacy and belongingness. They feel tough to express themselves. They want to do inner work to build SELF from scratch. Individual and couples counselling. My sessions are neuro-affirming, and LGBTQ2S+ inclusive. Reflective, explorative, soft and firm when needed. I due to complete my MACP by Dec 2025 and have more than 7 years of experience in wellness counselling, including over 1500 hours of yoga certifications in hormonal, prenatal, postpartum, and advanced trainings. I’m guided by attachment lens, IFS/parts work, EFT, Gottman and sensorimotor. Previous masters was in Engineering. Please contact for free 15 minute phone consultation. Supervised by Jenny Simpson.

When you’re constantly showing up for everyone else, it can quietly leave little room for yourself, especially when family, cultural, and personal expectations are pulling you in different directions. Over time, that weight can become exhausting. Creating space to slow down, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself can be a meaningful first step.

I am here to support you in feeling more grounded, intentional, and aligned with your values. Reaching out is a courageous first step, and you deserve a space that honours the complexity of your experiences. When you’re ready, I would be glad to connect.
